The master at work on a warm end-of-summer evening

The Weber barbecue grill with built-in shelf, a Father’s Day present for the male DG, has been the hit of the summer. As is true with chefs who care, it’s all about the presentation. This evening the dinner for four  was salmon, corn and peppers grilled simply. Their friends came bearing a cheese with mustard seeds and chocolate with bacon, both of which sound weird but tasted great.
