First Blush: Red glow over the lake

The female Dawn Jogger was reminded how grateful she is for the manicured grass of golf course fairways; there are fewer chances of stumbling in the dark.  Plus, she’s gotten to know the second fairway of the Stanford course pretty well over the past year. In contrast,  she’s unsure how she made it across the less than even dirt field before coming out on the western bank of Lake Lagunita.  The reward was a red glow over the pitch black lake bed. Seeing the sunrise is the only benefit of  daylight savings time beginning in March…
