Grace and the gang came over this morning and we headed over to Schaub’s at the shopping center for her first ride on the old fashioned horse – still 25 cents a ride, just like when the female DG was a girl. (She remembers loving the grocery store horse ride.) She was a bit startled when it lurched forward but soon got into the Hi Ho Silver music and asked for “More!” Later she took a trip to Grace’s garden and harvested the remaining carrots she’d planted with Grandpa Chrissy. Good news – she’s coming back on Wednesday…
